Shipping Policy

All items in our store are  made to order by our trusted production partners. This means each item is created especially for you after your order is placed.

Production Time Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.

Shipping We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required!

Estimated shipping time after dispatch is 15–20 business days, so please allow up to 4 weeks in total from the date of your order.

Please note: As items are made to order, delivery times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience!

 


Processing time

All our items are designed in the United Kingdom and made with the help of our US or China production partners. The items are shipped from China with 4PX Express (to the U.S. UK and EU) or UBI Express to (Canada, Australia)

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. It usually takes 5 -7 business day for production.


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping time

15-20 business days. Delay may occur during the peak holiday season. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed but a tracking number will be provided after the item is shipped.
