At Fae and Magpie, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Returns for Refund

 Accepted If:

  • The item is in brand-new, unused condition.

  • It includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

🚫 Not Eligible For:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.

  • Final sale items (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. Email Us First: Contact us at info@faeandmagpie.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship It Back: Once approved, ship the item to the address we provide.

    • Buyer covers return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Refund Issued: After inspection, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Defective/Wrong Items?

If your order arrives defective or incorrect:

  1. Email Us Within 48 Hours: Send photos of the issue to info@faeandmagpie.com.

  2. We’ll Respond Promptly: Expect a solution (replacement, refund, or partial credit) within 48 hours.

Important Notes

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs (unless the error was ours).

  • Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
